Ki Gong
Join us for classes of breathing with gentle movement.
Practicing ki gong can help improve your health and wellness through better circulation, immune system function, balance, flexibility, and emotional equilibrium.
No experience needed!
All are welcome regardless of age, fitness level, or physical ability.
Classes can be attended standing or seated.
All ki gong classes may be attended online via Zoom. Classes are also offered in-person at our Honesdale and Daleville locations.
