Join us for classes of breathing with gentle movement!
Practicing ki gong can help improve your health and wellness through better circulation, immune system function, balance, flexibility, and emotional equilibrium.

Our classes can be a beneficial complement to Tang Soo Do training, but they are also fantastic for anyone looking for a way to add a routine of gentle movement and meditation to their life.

Our classes cover the fundamental curriculum of the World Ki Gong Association, a part of the World Tang Soo Do Association, as well as exercises derived from Ki Gong, T'ai Chi, and other sources.
No experience needed!
All are welcome regardless of age, fitness level, or physical ability.
Classes can be attended standing or seated.
All ki gong classes may be attended online via Zoom. Classes are also offered in-person at our Honesdale and Daleville locations.
