Jokyo Sah Nim Reagan
Reagan began her karate training at the age of 4 but took a brief break during first grade. She returned to training in second grade at Elite Martial Arts and is incredibly grateful for that decision. With the guidance of her instructors, Reagan earned her black belt at the age of 12. The flexible training schedule at Elite has allowed her to successfully balance karate with her commitments to high school varsity sports and travel softball. One of the greatest benefits of her karate training has been the conditioning, which helps her remain competitive in soccer, swimming, and softball. Additionally, the mental discipline developed through her training has strengthened both her academic and athletic performance, providing her with valuable insight as she assists instructors in teaching youth classes.
