One of the things we hear most from our parents regarding the Little Dragons age group is "my child has a TON of energy!" Elite's Little Dragon's program provides a positive outlet for all of this youthful energy! Students ages 4-6 years old acquire a basic knowledge of self-defense, confidence, self-respect & respect for others, as well as gross & fine motor skills, and much more. Many of our students excel in our next levels, our youth & adult programs, because they got an early start as a Little Dragon! Whether looking for your child to come out of their shell or burn some energy (or both!) our Little Dragons program presents a solid foundation for a lifelong journey of physical and mental wellness.
