Master Rick Harsche
Master Rick Harsche is an Internationally certified 6th Degree Black Belt Master and certified Instructor in the WTSDA. He served as Director of the Region #8 Leadership class and Region #8 Director for the Association for many years. Master Harsche is a certified international judge and has been training for over 29 years and instructing for at least 27 of those years. ​Master Harsche was inducted into the "Philadelphia Historic Martial Arts Society HALL OF FAME" IN 2017.

He enjoyed training with his sons, Ryan and Brad (2nd degree black belts) and his niece Beth, a 4th degree Master. He earned a B.S. in Electronics Engineering and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Scranton. In addition to enjoying the martial arts, he is also a professional pilot and Certified Flight Instructor and enjoys golfing and having fun with power sports.

Master Harsche started his martial arts career under the instruction of his first instructor, Master Frank Trojanowicz and then further trained under Master George Conrad. He is fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to train directly under Grandmaster Shin for many years. He has also traveled to many different countries to teach, including the UK, Sweden, Argentina and many states in the USA.
Master Harsche has built an impressive tournament record including numerous Regional championships Grand Championship Cups and many gold medals in several World Championships. He now dedicates his time to training future leaders and black belts to become all they can be in martial arts and other areas of their lives.
